I was looking through the buns on display, the auntie offered to introduce the breakfast set. I've requested for the otah breakfast set, although there's none available on display. She assisted to check the status with her colleagues, and offered to bring out one of the ready-ones for me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoy their Curry Nann very much. We are v proud of BT as our Sg household bakery. BUT i do not appreciate excesive plastic pavkaging on evy one item. Hope BT management will hv a much GREENER policy to care for the environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was trying to redeem the 2 birthday free buns from the shop at clementi mall. The first china chinese lady said cannot redeem at this shop. I then asked the other china chn lady at the cashier. Again told me cannot even though i showed her the app with the birthday e vouchers. I went to look at terms n conditions... and i told her it says redeemable at all locations except for jewel. Then she said ok. Totally idiotic. I then selected the char siew bolo bun (below the $2.30 max limit). But the lady said this one cannot (cos cannot enter into system or some nonsense). Had to go pick another bun. All in all a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Shops sre manned by useless unhelpful staff. Big thumbs down!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you've heard of the famous toast and eggs breakfast that Singaporeans love, this outlet has the best multi-grain bread . And service is best as they pay attention to those who are old and handicapped
They renovated the place and it's Airconditioned and of course cooler.
Don’t know why Toast box is registered under Bread talk in Clementi mall while other Toast Box outlets are separate entities

Otak-otak was sooooo spicy ? ?
Curry crab and the sponge cake with dried meat floss onside were tasty, the crab one was even better after heating, same for the thna bread. The smell of crab and tuna just bursted and penetrated into your nostrils.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Breadtalk need to provide training for their staff on how to do good customer service. They did not put price tag for some of their buns. And you'll only find the price of the bun exceed the $2.30 max limit for the "5 for $7" promotion after a long queue. The cashier lady literally shout at you to pick another one and queue for payment again. This happened several times. Terrible experience.
