the food is okay lah and expected but the price is much cheaper than i thought. but i appreciate greatly thier effort to package all the food individually so that when people take them thier gerns dont contaminate the food. good job:))

Hi, I bought a sandwich (tuna cheese, ham with egg mayo) which was placed near to the cashier selling at $2.20 in Clementi branch just now. FYI, the ham egg mayo had turn bad and sour. I hope you can have a better quality control for being a responsible seller. I can't imagine if I hand this sandwich to my girl, she would have eaten the spoil sandwich. This is my first time buying sandwich from your branch, and I think would be my last too.

The bakery sells bread at $1 each during weekdays. They offer quite a variety of breads, both savory and sweet. 1. Bo Lo Bun - The bo lo bun is good. The crust is crunchy with a good amount of butter filling. 2. Bo Lo Bun with Char Siew - It has the same crust as the normal Bo Lo Bun except that the butter is substituted with char siew. Though, I prefer the normal butter filling as the sweet crust-salty butter combination works better. 3. Japanese Biscuit - It is flaky crunchy pastry dusted with sugar. It is rather oily, though. 4. Green Tea Red Bean - The green tea taste is not quite strong, but the filling (red bean) is quite good.

Don't ever buy from this shop and perhaps all CAKE HISTORY outlets. The bread quality is poor, genuinely poor. I bought Kueh balu in a bag of 10 and the kuehs have passed its used by date. The texture was dried, tasted sour and ought to be thrown out. When my friend and I went back to the shop after our first bite informing that these can't be consumed anymore, the lady at the cashier counter rudely told us that it cannot be returned and we should have asked her if these were fresh before purchase ! OMG !!!! So the shop knows they are selling to consumers food that ought to be in the bin. I will not patronise CAKE HISTORY anymore until they clean up their act. Don't take your customers for a ride ! I will certainly complain to NEA!! CAKE HISTORY, think of your customers first before you think of profit. Food safety should be your primary concern if you are in F&B!

This is really terrible experience. Didn't paid much notice and just selected and bought 6 loaves of french loaf home. To my horror, some of the loaves already turned yellowish, and stale. The bread is just simply not fresh and not bake on the day itself. Consumers buy at your own risk. My first time experience with such bakery shop in Singapore. Will be my first and last time!! ?

If I could have given a 0, I would have done so. It's a major turn off on a Saturday night. Aunty it's OK if u have a poor attitude already but please know how to differentiate btw butter and peanut butter and simple math. (first time buying waffle dk price so I jus paid whatever u quoted). U charge me extra 30cents when I ordered butter waffle cos u can't understand simple eng and thought I wanted peanut butter. Fine. U made a mistake and was supposed to return me 30cents but in the end requested me to pay another 30cents? What a joke. And you had the audacity to comment that we kept changing our mind that made trouble for u. Simply ridiculous

• Lady staff of poor attitude. Not customer service oriented. Sour face majiam you owe her money. Not suitable for working as the cashier in the store. • The Waffles at this branch are not freshly cooked, they're already prepared before-hand and just heat-up waffle then put on the spread after your order. ?? NOT Recommended if you want Fresh Texture & Quality Waffles. • Why is she working as Cashier? Ordered Chocolate Waffle and Peanut Butter Waffle, she said $4 total. Gave her $10 note and she initially almost gave me the change of $6 (which is the correct amt, then she re-count and then want to give me $4+) asking me "correct right?" Cake History has a good reputation but this lady staff has brought down the fame. Recommend to train your staff in customer service orientation. If I can write 0 star review i will do so. Waffles - 2/10 Customer Service - 1/10 ?? NOT Recommended To Visit.
