★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long queue. Be prepared to wait. Would say it's quite normal. Just a little too sweet for my liking. The noodle is sweet, the soup is sweet. It tastes old school though. Finished every thing. Portion is not big, 3 small wanton. The soup tastes of ikan bilis. Would I buy again? If queue not long, yes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The empty plates and bowls speak for itself. Try not to come on weekends as the queue can be as long as 30-40 minutes waiting time. Still... worth queuing. One of the best wanton noodle in Singapore I would say!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite wanton mee. Featuring specially made egg noodles with tender lean char siew that is nicely charred. Pork lard oil, dark see chap and chilli with a sight kick, makes this really delicious. Good enough to travel there to eat. Note that they are closed on Mon and Tue. I cannot recall if they are open on Sun. Best time to visit is early in the morning!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you managed to get this noodles in the morning, you are in for a very happy morning. 2 friendly aunties run this stall, officially closed only for 2 days a week, they are often closed without prior notice. Regulars would know it is just part of the charm of these elderly ran stores.
Strongly recommend to go for their 5 flavor noodles (五味面), which comes with generous servings of prawns, sweeten mushrooms, shredded chicken meat, char siew and wanton in a slightly sweet broth.
Be sure to get there early as their items usually runs out by 10 am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there 10.30am and see long Q. Waited more than 35 mins. The special noodles sold out, so just order the normal Wanton Noodles. Soup is sweet. Char Siew also sweet. Noodles abit over cooked and the sauce is above average. $3.50 for a plate is decent. The owner is very polite and friendly. But, it is just not my type of Wanton Mee.
