M	MarkySparkyandFriends on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Often lauded as one of the best kway chap in Singapore, I can attest that this statement holds up to scrutiny. The kway was perhaps the best I’ve ever had - texture was jelly like and bouncy, making it very pleasant to eat. Unlike some places that concoct the kway “soup” by mixing water and the braised dark sauce, they have a very tasty soup for the kway. Portions of the kway chap were sufficient, and prices were reasonable (4.50 for a 1 person set, 6.50 with addition of a generous portion of duck). The intestines were thoroughly cleaned and had no smell. The whole meal was a delight!

The portions are reasonable and pig skins are really nice! They usually sell out around 830pm so be there before that. Average abt $5 per pax depending on what u order. Makan!

The braised sauce is neither thick with a herbal taste nor black and oily with the dark soy sauce, I get the impression that it’s very clean and healthy. Meat is tender and nice. Not my kind of kway chap but it is definitely not a bad one.

The queue was not so long and fast serving, the uncle seller was friendly but the duck rice tasted different compared to last time somehow. Tasted just okay now (or maybe changing owner/ched?...not sure), the taste of the duck was light, not the rich and savoury type. The type of sambal was vinegar-y, the wide kway tieow smell old flour and the pork intestine was so smelly, the tau pok was pretty salty, and rest (pork belly, pork skin, egg were okay only)
B	Boxed Life on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there a few times but they seem to always cheat money by a lot especially if they see that you are young or well kept. A few times other customers asked and compare prices too. If you ask for add ons they charge by 30s or more for 2 people at times. If you want to eat there, stick to their sets as they tend to say a different price when paying. The kuey chap store at the back taste nicer, more herbs and cheaper and would not scam.

Ordered $6.50 kway chap that is supposed to have duck meat but when served I realised that there is no duck. Stall owner insisted that I paid $4.50. Horrible attitude and bad service. Kway chap is also so-so.

Insist I paid 4.50 but I paid 6.50. Very dishonest. Please don't visit this store. Come on 2 dollars also cannot manage how to cook a good meal. Wake up ur idea. Better Kway Chap out there. 2 dollar also wan cheat? Come la I paid you the right amount and you said I paid not right amount. Do you wan people to record you? Dishonest merchant. Just go n read all the other bad comments. It's not just bad service but they cheat you of 2 dollars. Beggars absolutely. Best part you insult ur customer integrity. A1 In? A1 in dishonesty not integrity. Have to very persistent @A1, is that how your business behaves? Shameful.
