β β β β β I went to the clinic this morning for medical examination. Indeed there were many people at clinic on Monday. The staffs-3 receptionist ladies & doctor Michael are patient and friendly. Did not feel pain at all during injection(my blood vessels is very small). This is the best clinic i've visited in Singapore over the decades. Healthcare workplace need more mutual respect and understanding.

β β β β β First time visiting and staff and front desk were all so so polite and friendly. Doctor is so clear on explaining on what my 3 year old daughter symptoms. The most friendliest clinic in the neighborhood.

β β β β β Awful experience. I came here not by choice, but because it's an "authorized" post arrival art test. Man, they are disorganized and inefficient. The helpers at the front desk may tell you "wait outside we will let you know when to come in", and that call never comes... No point in making an appointment. I had an appointment at 8am and 1.5 hours later, here I am still...
I would never come back here voluntarily. And you shouldn't either

β β β β β Thank you for the efficiency of the clinic with my PRC test to singapore... It was a smooth and pleasant experience at 57 Medical Clinic GB. The clinic assistant Sherlynn and Ginnie was detailed and patient towards our kids swab too... I would recommend friends over for it! Thank you again!

β β β β β If you have any flu-like symptoms, you'll need to wait outside - sometimes people are burning paper offerings very nearby (even though I was wearing face mask, I could smell it - and my eyes were burning). So, for 1 hour wait time to see the doctor, almost 45 mins waiting to pay and collect medicine - I was making my health worse by breathing toxic air.
The actual consultation was less than 5 minutes. I was given MC to rest - appreciated. And lots of medicines for the symptoms - not sure if it's the right approach, instead of finding out the root cause of the health issue. But at least the staff were friendly.

β β β β β Love the service the team at 57 Medical Clinic have provided me. They are quick to respond over email and are very accommodating. I've used their services several times - Tele ART test, PCR test, and went to see the doctor. The team are very friendly and helpful and would highly recommend anyone to this clinic!

β β β β β This is My go to clinic in neighbourhood as It is the best clinic around this area. Staff and doctors are patience in answering queries and doubts. They are very nice/ friendly. Really love the experience there. Would totally recommend. Been going for a few times now. Thank you!
