★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Chiron today as my mom was not feeling well. Dr Tan very detailed and patiented. Consultation fee is reasonable. His assistant's service is excellent and I like the most is all medicine are double confirmed by doctor Tan before issued.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visiting this clinic & I was surprised there was no counter staff. The doctor was the one performing the duties of registration, medicine dispensing & collection of payment, along with consultation of course. Was there in the morning so not sure if the staff had yet to arrive or it’s an ongoing thing. Anyway, there were 3 others ahead of me in the queue & the wait for my turn wasn’t too long. Price is fairly reasonable for a private GP - $20 to $30 for a short consultation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible staff. Waiting time was about 2 hours long just for 5 patients before me. Doctor solution to my hives itch was just to give me antihistamines and rash cream.

Refused to let the patient see the doctor because of langauge barrrier although we specifically communicated to her that our helper cannot communicate in English but we can call and be on conference call when he is seeing the patient. She was a covid patient and had to see a doctor urgently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The queue on a weekday morning for walk-in was an hour long. My visit was handled by Dr. Tan who did not give me useful advise on my chest pain. He did not diagnosed me, only giving me a referral to A&E. I left not gaining any insight and not knowing what to do. Very poor service.
