Horrible customer service policy! Walked into the clinic but was told resident doctor was on leave. Had a bad experience with previous locum so I ask who the locum is but was told that they can’t disclose. So as a patient, I can’t have full disclosure and information.. what are you guys trying to hide? Time to get your policy right guys.

Sorry but i think it is too slow, waited for 2hrs just for the swap test. Consultation plus swap test ,not even one min and I'm out, what for wait so so so long lol. Also, the guy waited before me was allowed to be first and collected the medicine fast ahead of me when i waited longer than the person. The saving grace was that the assistant (not sure about the guy name) was friendly(but not all of them were from experience).

I been to this clinic at around 7:30 pm on 16-02-22. Not warmly at all. I don’t know why so many people are come to this clinic including myself. Especially, front desk staff ( look like Malay ) First and last .

I was having symptoms of Covid today and I went to this clinic for the first time. The nurses are friendly and the doctor was very reassuring and calming He did my tests twice patiently and then explained in detail how to cope with the virus for me and my family Great job !!

Went for rapid PCR for travel (reasonable price). Made a booking prior, had to wait about 10-15 mins, but it's the same in other clinics too. Swab test done by the doctor was smooth, fast and painless. Got my results on time. Overall, a good experience.

Have tested covid at the morning ... So i decided to find a clinic that recommend from moh near my house..... First i reach the counter thats a chubby lady with glases and i mentioned that i tested covid... She said 'so u want to see a doctor'? (If not come to see doctor i come here for what)She ask me do i have any symptoms ... As i have no visible symtom just fell tired and i tested positive..... She laughed at me mentioned tiredness is not a symptom ... As i know not all covid patient symptoms will accure on early stage.... I dont understand she look like a nurse but why she have no covid knowledge... Mostly covid patient start with fatigue and tiredness.... I think she is not serious on his job and position... We come to clinic to get help ... Please treat us seriously...

Went to consult this clinic and doctor dismissed saying dengue is very common and I should just get some rest at home and send me off with some anarex despite me explaining all my symptoms to him. Trusted my intuition and went to hospital for a test which showed I had kidney infection and dengue with a raging fever of 40.5 degree and needed to be warded immediately. In the same day I visited this clinic. Had a 5 day hospitalisation at ttsh. Consult this clinic at your own risk. Cannot imagine if I were to heed this clinic doctor advise to just rest at home. Date I went was 2nd July 2022 6pm shift doctor.

Did a pre departure PCR nasal swab test. I was attended to at the appointed time despite a rather crowded/busy place/time with about 10+ people in queue. Staff was professional and did the swab very well without unncessary discomfort. Kudos to the staff which I think the clinic should reward more, seeing the amount of workload they need to handle daily. Edit: Upgraded the rating from 4 to 5 stars as I had to come back to get the receipt and was greeted by the same friendly staff (guy) who did the nasal swab for me. Fast and efficient.
