i come 1st but they let other people go in 1st never provide any chair to who need to wait at outside. front desk service very poor but doctor is very nice ??

Found her to be very motherly and caring. My children likes to go to her too.

Went to this medical center couple of times during last month. Doctor was very kind and look after about the patient very well. She also kindly advice any medical queries we had. Only concerned we had was its quite small place only 5 to 6 patients can be seated.

I have been seeing Dr. Lee for many years, she's a wonderful, compassionate and caring doctor, there was once she helped to send me home when i was unconscious a few blocks from my house. For a doctor who goes the extra mile to do things outside her working hours, she's really commendable! Thank you Dr. Lee :D

Dr Lee is our family doctor. She has taken care of my two girls since they were babies and is still our preferred choice of doctor. Professional and meticulous, knowledgeable yet humble. Most importantly, her medicine works ( i mean suitable for our constitution). She''s our go-to doctor for all the bronchial illness, simple coughs, flu, aches, vaccinations and even stitches. However, she will not hesitate to refer specialist treatment when the situation calls for it.

I found Dr Lee to be very pleasant and friendly. She answered all questions from both me and my wife. She seemed very knowledgeable about our questions regarding to Covid-19. Waiting time reasonable around 20 mins. Pleasant surprise that goverment sponsored most of the bill.

absolutely horrible service from the receptionist. She couldn't be bothered to let me register to see the doctor and just kept talking to the other patient. I went there for a foot injury and could barely stand and the receptionist kept me waiting and took her own sweet time happily engaged in conversation with someone else despite seeing someone waiting in plain sight. Ended up leaving and not seeing that doctor. During my last visit, I had called to make an appointment for later in the day yet the woman told me that there's no need to make an appointment as there supposedly wouldn't be many patients later in that day (can't understand how she would have prophesied such a thing) and I turned up only to find multiple people waiting to visit the doctor . Can't understand how such a person is fit to work in a clinic, bypassing basic customer service procedure in a medical environment. Used to visit this clinic for years but I am never returning again.
