★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m utterly disappointed with 6 Elements Hair Spa. After I committed n signed a 60 sessions hair treatment, whenever I call to make appointment for hair treatments. Not once, 9 out of 10 times always fully booked. Anytime of the day n night time can’t make appointment at all. ??????
N whenever I have the chance to go for hair treatment, the consultant will keep hard selling additional products or package.
Is under Jean Yip’s wing, I don’t see any professionalism. Is really bad experience.
I m regretted to sign so many sessions with 6 Elements.

She has been accommodative towards my requested time slot as much as possible and I have entrusted my hair and scalp care in the good hands of Vera. She wasn't pushy with recommending the treatments she felt were beneficial for me and I have been satisfied with the outcome of the treatments I have chosen.
Being in the service line myself and putting myself in her shoes, I appreciate the little touches she has provided me with over the years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to 6 Elements Lot 1 today and had a terrible experience being served by unprofessional staff Yvonne. Not only poor customer service, attitude, arrogant and feel she only want me to pay for more expensive treatment instead of initial $18 promotion price. Feel she just want to hard sell treatment package, not really care about customer needs. When I request to see the manager, she said Manager not on duty on weekends. Disappointed and will not go back again as there are other hair spa outlets that provide better services and more professional.
