Kcuts @ Hillion Mall (Bukit Panjang Haircut) - 17 Petir Rd

Brought my kid for a haircut. Specially keep it long because he has a M shape hairline. so that when trim will cover. Told barber to maintain shape just shorter but ignore request. Sound agitated on my request and impatient. Ask if I want student hair. Ask him what is student hair. Explain about slope etc. Then say he did not cut for him before so won't know his shape etc. As a professional barber the attitude is not what he should have. Overall, not worth for kid. Did other fast cut before but has better skill.

Lack of professionalism. The staff was rude and unfriendly. We were waiting for our queue number to be called. No instruction was given along the way. In the end we have to keep look at queue signage. The staff straight away told me if there is any elderly walk pass and fell down. I shall hold the full responsibility. He could approach us in the nice way.

I have been a loyal customer for sometime with my toddlers haircut but the last two has been the most terrible cuts and experience ever. Told them not to cut too short and both times pretty much gave my son a NS haircut. Provided feedback to the stylist both times there was no care, concern or apology. The first time I had thought it was an honest mistake but a second time when specifically mentioned don’t cut short and trigger happy before we could stop it. I get it is a $12 cut but really cutting a kids hair that short and don’t think there is a problem? Seriously these people don’t get it. There are many other places that you pay the same and they actually care about the work or the customers. Will not ever go back even if you pay me.

Wanted to sit to wait because the woman on duty stopped me and said the seats are only for elderly, children, pregnant women. I understand that but the seat was...empty. Disappointed customer - won't come back again

I’m a big fan of K-cuts and I usually choose K-cuts (Nex branch) for my haircut but the service I received at the Hillion Mall branch by Jack Wong was utterly ridiculous. Not to mention he was rude to customers. I came for a hair cut at that branch on 4th Jan 8pm. Despite having only 4 numbers in front of me, I waited at least 40min when there are 2 stylist. I requested for my usual - Trimming of my bangs and trimming of my hair. I specifically requested for it to be below my eyebrows but it was no where ABOVE my eyebrow and it is cut so unevenly. Simply ridiculous, he just snip my hair off without a care, no effort at all. He then went on to spilt my hair into half, top and bottom. Having to trim the bottom already, he released the top part of my hait but didnt cut it. He then proceeded to the last step, vacuuming of excess unwanted strands of hair. However, it seemed like he just went through the motion and only vacuum one side of my hair. Utterly disappointed. Simply ridiculous service I received today.

Mr J. Wong is the friendliest, diligent and easy to communicate with hairstylist I've come across in years. That's also because I seldom have my haircut. I just had mine done thanks to him, I am super excited, happy and satisfied with my new hairstyle. Communication is important! To those who are not satisfied, I'm sure if you feedback on the spot, they will make good. Cheers to K-Cut!!

Jack wong, was a terrible barber whom to me has no experience and give bad haircuts. I have seen the reviews here and this is not the first time someone has mentioned his name. From the lousy styling , uneven cuts and also the vacuuming of the hair just going through motion and not doing sucking much hair. A review was also given here by “Jack Wong” whom which rated this store 5 stars…. Mostly probably its the same Jack Wong and the shop owners still commented that review with a thanks… not too sure what is going on but will definitely not come back nor recommend anyone here…

First time went to Kcut @ Hillion Mall. Bad experience and won’t be going there anymore. Today I bring my 3.5 year old son to kcut @ hillion mall for hair cut by Jack Wong. Initially he’s still ok but after awhile, my son refuse and it’s common for a young kid. But he started to show bad attitude and black face infront of us. Which is totally unprofessional at all. I’m very angry and disappointed on his service but I did not say anything infront of him and I even ask my son to say thanks and bye to him before we left. But he simply ignore us and don’t even response to us when my son go near to wave at him. I will never even went back to this place for haircut anymore. I saw a lot of negative feedback from this hairstylist, I think the boss should do something with it as your hairstylist attitude is chasing away all your customer.
