Been going to Louis since the shop opened in 2018! I have not let any other hair stylist cut or style my hair other than him. He is professional and does not hard sell anything to me. Louis would always recommend what is best for my hair as I am no expert when it comes to hair. I even introduced my partner and friends to him and they’ve been going to him regularly too! Great service and friendly people! I even signed membership with them because i’m a regular customer anyway, might as well enjoy the membership and package perks!! The birthday discounts are the best!! Always a joy to do my hair with Louis!

Chanced upon this salon almost 4 years ago and has been my go-to salon ever since, thanks to Calvin Koh. Sometimes it may be hard to explain the hairstyle you want to the hairstylist, however, Calvin knew exactly what I want. He is also very attentive and goes into detail when styling my hair and I always leave the salon feeling very satisfied. I'm so glad to have met Calvin, thank you for the top notch service provided. Lastly, all the staff there are very friendly and polite as well. It feels so welcoming whenever I stepped into their salon. Thank you!

Wayne was very thoughtful, friendly and entertaining! He gave many valuable advice and was very patient in helping me understand my hair type and haircut. Extremely pleased with the level of service from this hairdresser. They were packed with appointments for the day, but were accommodating when I inquired last minute for a walk-in haircut. Professional and courteous staff who were multitasking between cutting and informing their customers the best way to maintain and care for their hair. Huge thanks to Kenjo who was patience and kind to help me understand my hairstyle better. Highly recommend to make a reservation before heading down. Will be back again!

Louis is the best hair stylist around! I’ve been getting hair cuts from him for close to 6 months and couldn’t imagine anyone else cutting my hair as well as he does! I have been with them ever since circuit breaker lockdown and I gotta say that they have the best hairstylists I have ever met. When I first got my haircut from Louis, he was very professional in his job and provided me multiple advices on which style suits me and how to manage my hair well. Furthermore, it was my first time getting my hair cut by someone with just a pair of scissors! He managed to cut my sideburns perfectly using only a scissors which is an unique experience as other hairstylists tend to use a shaver. Also, Louis does not rush customers or cut your hair in a rush just to move on to his next customer, he will ensure that you are glad with the style he cut for you and make adjustments if there is any need to. Highly recommended to visit this place for a haircut!

I used to go to other hair places to cut hair. But my wife introduced me to Louis and I have never gone back to other places anymore. For more than a year, Louis has been cutting my hair. He remembers what kind of hair cut I want and never fail to please. If you want to cut hair, please look for Louis. He can do a very neat fade haircut and even recommend you suitable hairstyles. He is great! Now I sign package with them because it is more worth it! Birthday also got discounts!

Went there for a haircut for the first time because of great reviews online and very satisfied with the result. Although the place is crowded and small but service is great. Expected a good haircut so I opted for director's haircut attended by Louis. He is very friendly, kind and give great advices because I just did bleaching and coloring elsewhere which caused some troubles. I took his kind advice and fortunately things went well, very thankful to him. He provided me with lots of info which I have no knowledge of and taught me how to take care of my hair and also how to blow dry my hair so that it will look better as my hair is naturally thick & wavy therefore it tends to be very poofy & frizzy so it's very difficult to managed especially even more because I bleached which dries my hair out. Started off with a shoulder massage and louis gave me a suitable haircut according to my hair condition which I like. He's very attentive to small details, experienced and knowledgeable. Highly recommended to look for him for haircut. Not hardsell which is great. I like it that they respect customers decision. I even asked him to help take photos of my hair and he gladly took it for me and making sure it looked nice (attached photos). Will definitely go back for another haircut and other services.
