Their customer service line cannot call thru for past three days, (working days)

Poor services, they deliver the mattress but refused to take off the plastic covered,when I requested. Delivery man answered,you have to tear off the plastics covered yourself!!

Dated 26 Sept at about 1409hrs. I entered the shop and FOUND no sales person present. The entrance were not gordon by the plastic chain. So I sat at the sofa while waiting for the sales person, the person then came and ask me "WHO AM I"? Should have ask" can I help you sir"? Yup how rude he was and then he ACCUSED Me of removing the chain from the entrance. I wouldn't go in if the plastic chain were in place to avoid customer in. My motive was to buy a sofa, bed frame and mattress. Due to his action, I decided to leave. Kindly look into this matter as to IMPROVE his service towards the customers at Lot 1 SHOPPING MALL, as a customer, I should be treated with a correct manner and resoect If you were in my shoe, how would u feel? I hope the management look into the matter on the referred date and time above.

Don’t buy their sofa. Bought a L shaped sofa with high expectations looking at what they offered in the showroom. Was delivered one which the leather was not pulled properly and the foam is too soft, hence leaving wrinkles all over on a new piece of sofa. Called the customer service. A staff visited soon and reported that the sofa is totally unacceptable. Customer service offered a 10% discount voucher for my next purchase (how insincere?). Was totally disappointed so asked for a full refund. They then agreed to resend a new sofa. New sofa came. Quality is slightly better but still with defects. Foam is a little better (firmer and more bouncy which is supposed to be what seahorse mattress is good in), but just a little and still nowhere near showroom quality. Called customer service again. Was given all sorts of excuses and was asked to take back the old piece or just quietly accept this new piece. After arguing and asking the customer service officer for her name, she finally agreed to send someone down to check. Again was told and agreed that those were defects. Few days later, because the China call center was not working due to mid autumn holiday, got a call from the customer service again and was offered 20% cash refund. That is the best they can do and they cannot do anything else. So it’s like I either accept the 20% refund compensation, or suck thumb accept the defective sofa at full price. Having to pay 80% price for a defective product is not worth it. Just take it as a lesson learnt and I hope fellow readers can be aware. At seahorse, what you see is not what you get, what you feel is not what you get, what you paid for is not what you get, unfortunately.

The Chinese female staff in short hair and specs at Lot 1 outlet has extremely poor attitude. Wanted to buy a pillow which came packaged in large ziplock bags. I politely requested for a new pillow in an unopened ziplock bag, but she said she can't open the bulk-packed bundle of new pillows until this last pillow in its opened bag is sold. Round of applause for this lady for lowering the standards of hygiene in COVID times.

Extremely poor customer service. No intention to introduce the products properly. Eventually i just walked away and bought my mattress from the next door. Good luck to this store.
