★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter was given the wrong diagnosis and caused her myopia to deteriorate quickly over 1 year period. I found out only after bringing her to see a specialist. When l asked the shop for a explanation, he said my daughter (10 yrs old) didn't expressed herself properly. They are the experts in this field and they blamed my young daughter. I had never gone back since then.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude service. Only interested in making new sales of spectacles. Claims there's warranty but extremely unfriendly when it comes to repairing spectacles. Definitely not worth getting your specs done here unless you want to ruin your day as they have this one extremely unfriendly permanent staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a very helpful and friendly uncle there who is great to deal with but I had a shocking encounter with the owner. When I tried to place an order, he kept refusing to take it because the uncle was not there and told me to wait till he came back.
The most shocking thing was that he waved his hand in front of my face and just walked off while everyone else in the store was staring. Unbelievable.

My whole family bought spectacle from them .
They don’t sell only spectacle.
But provide aftercare service .
I bought my spectacle a year back
Each time the screw spoilt or requires maintenance
They replace it for me with no cost.
Google has provide a good platform for us to share review
Otherwise we wouldn’t have a place to share our review
