โ โ โ โ โ Have used their service for many times. Few of their staffs are professional in their work even when working with kids. They have few new grads that join them. Still teething with their customer service at this point of time.

โ โ โ โ โ The staff was very friendly (I was from the other optic shop, located at the same basement at the same mall, lot 1, and the staff wasnt friendly at all. So this meant a lot to me) Replace my lenses at affordable price ($140) and they do an eye test free of charge. Speedy service too. Definitely recommended

Workmanship of the end product is great. Also received a surprise treatment by the Staff in getting my 2 year old Oakley frame replaced one to one FOC. Thank you Emperor Optics, cheers ??

He was able to provide me with detailed explanations and recommendations on the various brands and concepts of progressive lens. He also conducted thorough and precise eye tests and measurements. Highly recommended to those who value good advice on eyecare, without hardselling. My son also made a pair of spectacles through him.
