★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend just went there last mth to tighten her frame at the lot one outlet. But the skills of the worker were terrible. He broke her frame (which is only 2yrs old), and tried to push all faults at my friend, instead of apologizing immediately. Terrible attitude and horrible skills. They tried to push her a random frame later, but her lens were progressive lens, which required precision. In the end, my friend felt dizzy after the random frame. Although they changed the frame later again, but their attitude were still terrible. Don't go there if you are making spectacle that require comfort and precision.
