★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: we went on the 30th of April, before they were ordered to close until further notice due to people getting sick after eating here.
Original review:
The food was good, the lobster with noodles portion we ordered was a bit small. The vibe was nice with the rain vortex sounds.
You get a plastic gloves and cover if you ordered lobster, which was nice because in the end, your hands are clean.
Wish we had a more open table because ours was semi blocked by one of the pillars.
Make sure you ask for it when you make reservations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service, crowded yet prompt. Will recommend their restaurant but cuttlefish is a little underwhelmed as it tasted uncooked. They were nice enough to waived offf. Sweet potato fries is a must try and the rest is enjoyable. Will recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lobster is better than their burgers. We asked for the upstairs seating but it was closed. Can't understand why though as the place across them had theirs opened. Had the sharing plate and enjoy the boiled lobster more and you can't go wrong with the butter dip. The Mayfair burger is ok, nothing mind blowing. But definitely better than the rip off at 5 Guys. I think I enjoyed Luke's more. Oh and with the sharing plate you get a small cheesecake... Really ? I would suggest here vs Raffles hotel and the view at Jewel more than make up for the food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite crowded need to take queue number.
Fresh lobsters! Great place to chill with friends for a great dinner. Served by a friendly and attentive waitress. Sounds like Malaysian. Thank you for making our visit a great one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had read very good reviews about the place and really wanted to come by to try the lobster roll and finally here I am.
My hubby and I ordered the sharing combo for two, which came with a Mayfair burger(beef), a lobster roll, 2 fixed sides (salad & fries) and 2 soft drinks (maybe upgraded for a fee) and definitely a lobster (option to steam or grill) and lastly a dessert (cheese or lava cake).
The Mayfair burger was really big, in it was a really juicy patty sandwiched between 2 fluffy buns generously dotted with black and white sesame seeds. The lobster roll was yummy too topped with lots of lobster meat. For me, the bread was a tad too thick and I couldn't finish it all as it was very filling. And finally the lobster, we had it grilled. Flesh was firm and was totally fresh, add a splash of lemon butter and was perfect.
Service was superb - attentive, friendly and warm.
Note: the combo menu for the RH branch is slightly different.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. There is no queue and we walked straight in. We have the sharing set, with a grilled lobster. Ambience and setting as expected are really nice to have an afternoon lunch. Everything came quite quick and the waiters are rather friendly and fast.
The food unfortunately was not up to the level of expectation since it was just okay. The burger we had was a medium done burger but was a little under done more like medium rare and quite tasteless. The lobster roll was better with the toasted brioche roll but lacked that wow factor. The salad and fries were served as in a rather petite portion which was not too bad. The grilled lobster was fresh and rather tasty with the garlic butter sauce. Apart from that, the lava cake came on a plastic plate and rather disappointing as it was not served hot enough and tasted more like the one you bought from a supermarket.
A little overrated but would say that the location is still a nice place for lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Original lobster roll is generously filled with sweet lobster pieces, stuffed in slightly crisp buttery brioche bun. It pairs well with the lemon butter sauce that is light, refreshing and lifts the sweetness of the lobster meat.
While I don't consider the dish mind-blowing, it still makes for a delightful date night treat.
Salted egg yolk calamari is good too. I'd recommend against ordering the burgers- beef patty was well cooked but completely unseasoned. Many gourmet burgers options available in sg and this isn't going to hit the spot.
Overall, I consider this to be one of my favorite restaurants to dine at. Prices are reasonable for its ambience, consistently good quality and generous portion of lobster pieces since the first time I had it in 2019.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been here several times, and the food n service is top notch. Our last visit was some years back . As we kind of ‘starved’ to get here at 4pm for a early dinner and the sun was shining and we gobbled everything, firstly I had to personally thanked our lovely server Miss Mon. We opt for The Sharing, one starter Lobster nuggets. Lobster meat was sweet n everything tasted perfect. Worth a visit guys
