If you want to be left at the border crossing between Malaysia and Singapore go ahead and book! Bus driver promised to wait 30 minutes, however he left after 15 minutes with our luggage inside the bus, leaving us without any help nor information. He did not care at all. Worst travel experience and kind of nerve wrecking to start Singapore adventure. Not recommended, there's plenty of other companies to use.

1pm bus. Went there on 1240pm for check in. Waited 1 hour the bus is not here yet. The longest ever wait and worst experience ever from a bus trip

Took the bus to melaka, first thing in the morning, the whole bus smelled of cigarettes.. great start!

I was completely shocked that in Singapore, in 21st century there is a bus station that doesn't Accept bank cards, doesn't have an ATM, doesn't have WiFi and doesn't accept foreign currency. I literally missed bus because i had to walk 20 min to get local currency to buy bus ticket ...

My first choice ~ Took 707 coach for my trip to/frm Melaka↔️ Sg for the past 10 yrs. Always a pleasant experience/journey. Experienced drivers, from both Singapore and Melaka. Very accommodating too. After border reopened, I don’t see any familiar faces of the drivers though …

Took a bus from SG to Malacca and we pleasantly enjoyed the journey despite some discouraging reviews here in Google. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward (the guy in check in counter write down the vehicle number on the paper so you know which bus is yours) and the bus left Queen St on time. Plenty of instructions were put on the bus, such as the prohibited item to bring to SG/MY, bus waiting time etc. The driver didn't talk much but always answers to all our questions. We got off the bus at Casa del Rio (3rd stop) and he informed us "this is the final stop, Casa del Rio". Overall very good experience. For future travelers please keep note on your OWN travel itinerary (hotel location, search it beforehand on Google etc) to ensure you won't end up in the wrong spot. We had few travelers who made a fuss about being dropped off at Malacca Central (their ticket says Malacca central but they said that they didn't know where their hotel were, please) and the bus driver was kind enough to explain that passengers will be dropped off on the spot as written on the ticket. Kudos for the driver for handling the messy passengers.

The bus broke down on the highway and a second time at the border crossing. We got no information from the bus driver if a replacment is available or how long we will be stuck at the crossing. Fortunately another bus (not from 707) had some spare seats and took us with him.

Just Got a chance to ride this bus this Month (May 2022). Traveled from SG to Malacca from Ban san street. The uncle in the counter was freakin nice. the bus driver also nice. it so much different from the review here or TA. i bought the ticket online, and when checking in, just tell your name, and the uncle in the counter will give us a paper that has the info of the bus plate number and the seat number that we booked. the bus came on time. be sure to be there min 15 mins before they depart. Bus Interior : veery spacy, just 27 passenvers/bus, they got leg rest, and full declining chair, also an arm rest in each chair. the bus is clean, and the ac is cool. 1st stop SG immigration : they just scan your passport and scan your face. the baggage weren't being checked in this point the same bus will carry us to the 2nd stop 2nd Stop My Immigration : theres immigration counter. and also baggage checking. so bring all your baggage here. the same bus will be there at the parking yard. just look for the same Plate number The Bus that i rode, wait for the passenger in the immigration check point to finish the task, got a mom and her child in my group, the bus driver wait till they come patiently, even when they go to toilet The only small thing that bother me that there's no chair to wait on the counter. :)
