And made me wait 15 mins at the desk while the CSA did his admin work, filled up his water mug, etc, while ignoring me. Booked appointment at 10am, but car servicing did not start even at 11am. Filled up the online booking form, emailed the company twice before my appointment date but my particulars still did not appear in the company’s system.
