★ ★ ★ ★ ★ signed on the servicing package ( 400-500 for 4 servicing) with them, since my car seller gave us free servicing from this place.
finally utilized my final package servicing.
on top of the package which covers Labor work and assessment ONLY.
they are charging me $390 for Air con gas and engine oil only.
On my second servicing, they lost my original Honda mat.
and after long exchange with their SA, they replaced something of poor quality from shoppee, which doesn't even fit my car.
to add, days after i serviced with them, my car floor was flooded.
you guys didn't catch this during your assessment?
overly inflated place. if you're looking for a nice experience with free coffee tea etc then ok. but seriously, at the price they are charging for their servicing. that free coffee and tea pales in comparison.
