โ โ โ โ โ Super Complicated Booking procedures. I have to refresh the online page for over an hour to await for the booking slot to be free up. Poor instructions & coordinations for customer to book a simple tour.
Poor Service Attitude.
Called in for assistance, the "manager" was defensive and refuse to allocate the booking immediately.. disappointing service attitude.
Would not reccomend.

โ โ โ โ โ A very good trip organized by the agency for our 4day ็ไฝๅฎ Malaysia trip!
The trip was well paced throughout especially towards the Cameroon Highland potions.
Food was very delicious Chinese cuisine being arranged and it does have a feeling that the agency took great care of its guest.
Hotel arranged were good too.
Tour guide was friendly and helpful and nice!
Thank you so much for the great trip organized again! Cheers!

โ โ โ โ โ Has joined 2nd July Bentong Durian tour guided by Mr Yip during 2 days tour, he is very professional, extremely friendly and super friendly, very good sense of humor and take care every customer, we are very impress with his dedication service and 96 travel company.
Mr Yip is very passionate about his job and constantly update us on any news and attraction, he has a great voice sound like DJ and has gift of gab, very fluent in communication, highly recommended 5 stars will surely join Mr Yip from 96 travel again for the next trip, Thanks a lot again Mr Yip for the amazing service! โ โ โ โ โ My mum left her lugguage in taxi when travelling to meeting point in SG before the tour start. The agency help to contact the taxi company to get the lugguage, coordinate with other tour group to transfer the lugguage across cross way to pass to her tour guide in JB. Special thanks to the agency to go beyond and above to help. This service level is truely exceptional. Will return whenever possible as you really give us confidence that we will be well taken care of in your tour.
