Mister Mobile (City Plaza)

Had to make an impromptu trip down as my phone could not charge after dropping it, they were really responsive and I had an appointment made on the day itself. When I went down the shop was a little hard to find but staff was professional did a check of my phone first. At the end I thought I would have needed to change the entire charging port but they just had my phone serviced and it was working again. Their transparent service helped me to save some money as I did not spend as much as I would have thought. Recommended, will go back to them if I have any other fixing to be done :) Thank you!

Been to a number of outlets for iPhone repair. They were mostly satisfactory but not good. Then I discovered Mister Mobile and never looked back. Advantages to me were the transparent pricing and prompt service. I also liked the idea of booking an appointment so waiting was reduced. So far so good!

Appointment booking can be easily completed online and they will reach out again to you to explain the details. For mine, I mentioned about battery issues hence they advised online that they would do checking and free diagnosis. Upon reaching the store, the staff just reconfirm my appointment and explain clearly what are the pros and cons for the battery replacement. Service was swift and everything was completed within an hour. I will recommend Mister Mobile to anyone that's looking to repair their phone at a reasonable rate and time.

Highly recommended. Technician thoroughly checked my phone and described scope of work to be done clearly even though I am only changing my battery. Store used genuine Apple parts and my repair was handled perfectly. Service was excellent and staff highly professional. The only downside was that waiting time was a little long (almost 3hrs) but since I am quite free I went for a nice foot massage and enjoyed my coffee during the wait period. Location is within City Plaza and near to plenty amenities for you to pass time while waiting.

Went to remove camera and also sell off some of my less used devices. Quite a number of people were there and just kept coming, it shows that it is a good and trustworthy shop! What I like is that they will do a check on your phone thoroughly and transparent right in front of you, to ensure that the devices work as it should at the point of passing it to them and also when they pass it back to you after the requested services. Prices are good for camera removal, selling of devices are also reasonable. From what I see their range of device support are also plenty, so those who have older phones can still change their batteries or fix their phones here at reasonable prices. Definitely a good experience and recommended shop!

Verdict on Microsoft surface repair.... Went down to Sim Lim, as per introduce.... But somehow, the screen refuse to jump. Maybe it know something. Was quoted $360. But wait there for 30mins. Never jump. Went home...And use, then immediately jump. Next day... Went to City Plaza.... The surface heard....To repair it's face... $275...... Immediately jump screen.... And ask for repair. The customer service was good.... Don't look at them all look like Ah Bengs with golden hair. They really take their time to check your item. As in....Your screen is spoil, they make sure they also test your sound , your other parts . City Square got a lot of Indonesia tourists.... There is just one tourist there, I think she just simply dont know the functions of the phone. The young chap was like using his time to explain to her... While she call her children 1 BY 1.... Yes! She wants to make sure the line... Can talk to her children.... Ehhhh... Old folks logic.. To test the wire hands free.... I think that wire is less than $5. But I think she was there for at least 15 -20mins. The customer service boy was just waiting patiently for her to test .... My item was supposed to 2hours plus. They got it done in about an hour plus..... Then after that... The CS still must polish the screen until shiny... Use my surface .. to watch YOU TUBE... Ka ni Na !!!!.. No lah.. haha. . He actually went to check ,make sure can watch... He also test all the corners.. make sure everywhere also can press...... Then polish again .... Then hold up against the light.. Make sure damm well Polish.. Then polish again.... Then.... He watch you tube again. Test again... Then finally decided that.. OK . PASS!!.. Then pass to me.... Warranty is one mth. Everything electronic. Service, really not bad. I keep seeing customers coming.... And some with the most questions... They also slowly answer.. I think they also got do online sales... Coz customers keep say, see the price online.... I think, this repair shop... Can go.. It is like, not all of us are very PRO in electrical stuffs... Sometimes, all these repair shops like all very impatient.. They all think they open one shop... They damm smart, then the way they talk is like..... " You Don't know one lah".. that kind of attitude... This shop, I see like their attitude , very good to all the customers... +1. Highly recommended.

Trustworthy & good services, staff are friendly n helpful, on-line queries r responsive, prices are one of the cheapest in town. They sell very good quality tempered glass film too. You can order online with good prices n collect the items from the shop if u dont want to wait for delivery. A popular mobile phone shop with regular customers.
