★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located along the underpass from Ion Orchard to Tangs Marriott, this Owndays is personally a little awkwardly placed. That said, it has what you need, a spectacles shop, with appropriate framing and lens support. Not the cheapest any more, especially without the promos that they used to run, and the quality they have. There are other better value ones if you are willing to find.

We specifically wanted to come back to this particular store because the staff named Jordan was exceptionally polite and knowledgeable. Jordan was very patient with us and extremely genuine which is something we really appreciate. Solid 5 stars from us to this store for the amazing experience we received. Highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a good experience! Look for Jordan! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this Owndays branch yesterday in the afternoon. My partner was just browsing for a pair of specs, and we were attended to by a male staff (as seen in the photo; we did not manage to catch his name). He was really friendly, professional, and attentive! Found out what frame designs my partner was looking for and took the initiative to pick out several frames for us. His patience and professionalism left such a good impression on us.
Owndays' personnel have always been helpful and professional, and we'd like to affirm and compliment this staff's great work attitude. Hope the company continues to train and treat the staff well (: Will visit the shops often in the future!
