Had a pleasant experience at Zoff Ion today. The staff, Brian and Yvonne were amiable and helpful, especially Brian who offered to help when I had some payment issues, much appreciated.

I am very satisfied with the pair of specs I have made at ZOFF. Their sales rep gave me useful advice and recommendations when it comes to picking the right pair of specs. ?

The nose pieces of my spectacles broke and although it wasn’t purchased from Zoff, the staff (sorry I didn’t get his name!) replaced it quickly for me, free of charge. Thanks so much!

Absolutely the worst customer service i have ever encountered at a spectacle shop. Staff were super unfriendly and seemed to me that they were utterly uninterested to assist customers. There were two staff at the store and I was literally the only customer they had at that time yet neither of the staff had the courtesy to assist me properly as soon as i had entered the store. Both staff were more interested in talking to each other at the back of the store than assisting customers on hand. Spent a good 15mins trying on different pairs of glasses in the store and was not approached by either of the staff for any assistance in choosing the pair of glasses i needed. Eventually, after what felt like a good 45mins but was only 30mins in actuality, one of the staff came over to me but she didnt even say a word, instead she oddly lingered around me. I felt so weird and awkward that i thought maybe i should engage her in a conversation instead so she knows i actually want to purchase a pair of glasses from them. At her assistance, i was absolutely appalled as when i asked her if they had a specific frame of glasses she just brushed me off and told me “no our frames are very basic” and then just proceeded to stare blankly at my face without even caring to show me what my other options could be. On top of that, when i had queries about the lens and the degrees of their lens she was rather rude and dismissive, as was her other colleague when i eventually approached her at the cashier to purchase the pair of glasses i had finally decided on. They did not want to listen to my preferences but instead kept dismissing me with what they had to say. By the end of it, she took down my name and phone number and told me to come back another day as they needed a pair of my old glasses for reference. When asked why that wld be necessary as they would do a full eye check on me first before giving me my prescription lens, she told me it was for their own reference and when i expressed to them that i havent worn my previous glasses in the longest time and its been years as i have been wearing contacts, she still insisted on me bringing them. I also asked if they would contact me since she took down my phone number, she gave me a strong no and told me she would just reserve this pair of glasses for me and if i do not show up in a week with my old pair of glasses, she would release them to others. If you’re someone like me and need a comfortable space to take your time to try on different glasses and then decide on what you would prefer and you also have a few queries about the pair of glasses you’re getting and the type of lens you want, do not come here as you will not get the required assistance that you need and you would feel more judged than welcomed.

Was very impressed with Brandon, his knowledge, professionalism and customer relations is excellent. My wife and I were delighted and happy to get a set of specs for each of us. Well done Zoff ? Highly recommended ?

My wife had an eyewear emergency. Her specs nose pad came off in the shower during our staycation and I called Zoff if they offer repair services. Very friendly over the phone and in person. Went down and they did a complimentary replacement of the rubber padding and also tighten the hinges even though glasses was not from them. Appreciate the kindness and the friendliness. Thank you.

Went to ION branch and was served by Yvonne. She is very patience and knowledgeable. She make sure that I get the correct degree. She went extra mile to fix my lenses because I felt uncomfortable wearing the progressive lenses. Thank you Yvonne ?
