โ โ โ โ โ Decided to try this clinic after recommendation from my friends. I am afraid of pain but during my first visit, it was relatively painless as compared to all the other dentists I've seen. Overall, very good experience!

โ โ โ โ โ I done my braces, wisdom tooth extraction and canine extraction here with Dr Ng some years ago (2011-2013). It was a pleasant experience with minimal pain. For braces, my treatment took 2 years with monthly adjustments.

โ โ โ โ โ My regular dentist in jurong east . Extracted one of my wisdom tooth here too . Sends text reminder for when your appointment is due. Visit A Dental every 6 months for my regular cleaning .

โ โ โ โ โ Appointment never on time, appointment was at 2:15pm reached clinic at 2:08pm, waited 45 mins for the clinic to call me for my turn.
No one came to me to give a heads up about there will be delay for my appointment. If clinic canโt stick to appointment time, it defeat the purpose of asking customers to fix a appointment. If it is a 10-15 mins wait, it is understandable. The more frustrating part is that there were 3 more customers that came in later than me but were being attended before me. And I overheard the staff from the counter saying to her colleague that the customer appointment time was 2:30pm. How is that believing that all patients should be treated with honesty, fairness and utmost respect.

โ โ โ โ โ First time visiting A Dental, receptionist was patient and polite. Attending dentist was Nathan Pang. Very polite, no airs about him! Very friendly, swift and straight to the point.
My teeth feels quite clean after the session, it was rather fast but not a rushed job. Pain was very minimal as well. He went the extra mile of flossing my teeth, my first time experiencing.
For blue chas card holder, I would strongly recommend this dental, charges are very fair with good service.
