β β β β β I came here to do braces with Dr Kong, and she was pleasantly helpful in providing advice and recommended cleaning when required to help me with my dental health. There may be a bit of waiting sometimes, but overally would recommend!

β β β β β I dont know why but the dentist was so snarky and sarcastic. I went to get my teeth cleaned and she is angry that my teeth were unclean in the first place??? Obviously its dirty right why need to be so rude about it. She seemed very unfriendly and also she just automatically applied the fluoride treatment which I did not ask for at all and did not notify me it would cost me an extra 25 dollars?? Seems very shady. She did do a proper job on polishing but really her attitude quite bad. This place is also very expensive I have no clue what the consultation fee is for as well? I literally told them i wanted my teeth CLEANED only. The payment totalled up to 130 dollars just in case anyone is wondering how expensive it is to get your teeth 'cleaned' here.

β β β β β My encounter with the receptionist/nurse, Diveya, at Kong Dental was amazing! Diveya is really cheerful, friendly and reassuring! Really nice talking to her and hearing her share about her experience in dentistry! She is gentle and meticulous in her field and definitely a great asset to the clinic! :)

β β β β β I was looking around for solutions for a dental issue and came across this clinic. Sincere and no hard selling or pushing for treatments, which is something I'm really pleased. I did my braces and wisdom tooth surgery with Dr Kong and her team, pleasant experience as they have been patient and understanding when comes to my concerns (kudos!).

β β β β β I started going to (and referred many) to Kong Dental after Dr. Katherine Ong joined them in 2021. Dr. Katherine is attentive, precise and gentle in her craft, carrying with her tons of practice wisdom. She takes time to explain what she does and why. And along the way, she will check that you are ok .. very warm and nurturing. When I required a more complex procedure, she referred me to Dr Gloria Kong who similarly impressed me with her expertise, precision and practicality. If I may add, their rates are very affordable too. Highly recommended.
