Doctor Jonathan was very patience and explained the detail of my case clearly. However, since I was in a rush and still feel a sharp sensation when drinking cold water, I will return to have a review after my trip. On overall, it’s a very pleasant experience. Thank you Team!

Great customer service!!! Nurses were very nice. She held my hand and patted me lightly knowing I was so nervous. The dentist was understanding and gentle throughout the whole process. Highly recommended.

I was always afraid of going to the dental but my impacted wisdom tooth was really affecting me so I went to search on google and found out about 1728 Dental! Before operating hours, the staffs were really nice to attend to me and helping me confirm an appointment! Nurses and Doctors in the clinic were really nice!! Overall really great experience and would definitely recommend!!!!

First time here and team at 1728 Dental Jurong is very accommodating! Dr Jonathan Lim was very thorough and explain every step of what he's planning to do. Both Dr Jonathan and the nurse (didn't manage to get her name) was soooo nice when injecting the anaesthetic, she patted my arm and he was very assuring ? He as well advised me regarding my wisdom tooth that's coming out bit by bit. The place was very clean and was not crowded at all. Do book for an appointment in case tho! Note that you're able to use your CHAS card here. Overall great experience & will definitely come back again =)

Just had my 'needle free' wisdom tooth extraction!! Very impressed by Dr Aaron. He never failed to introduce new tech or approach to deliver a smooth and pain free professional dental experience in all these 15 yrs... First time removed my tooth, it took 2min or less. Thank you v much again and keep it up!

I visited 1728 dental clinic this morning since it is one of the few clinics that has specialists who can conduct root canal treatment for the molar teeth which cannot be conducted easily in usual dental clinics due to the complexity of the surgery. The receptionist was very nice, kind and she tried to arrange an earliest appointment for me since I was having severe toothache, very much appreciated!! The doctor who helped me with molar tooth root canal treatment, Dr Jonathan was very professional and gentle. He explained everything patiently in details before the surgery and during the treatment he constantly asked me if I was feeling alright which really alleviated my stress. Also, since my mother tongue is Chinsese, hence he explained everything in mandarin for me to better understand my condition. Also, the assistant dentist was so caring as when the doctor was injecting the anaesthetic, she patted my hand in order to calm me down!? Most importantly, my toothache is gone !!! Very nice experience.

I have been following Dr Aaron Tan for many years and he has never once failed me. He is very detailed with his explaination and very reassuring as well. Wisdom tooth extraction was painless and quick. Definitely surprised me. Dental assistants and counter staffs are friendly and welcoming. Always happy to come back!

I generally dislike seeing the dentist as I had a bad experience at another dentist nearby. ? A friend recommended me to 1728 Dental. I looked through the profile online and chose to make an appointment under Dr Jess for my wisdom tooth surgery. The surgery went really well. There were some difficulties during the surgery as Dr Jess said the roots were pretty curved but she handled it really calmly and professionally. The surgery wasn't as bad as what my friends claimed to be or maybe because my tolerance for discomfort is higher? ? Dr Jess is a really gentle, patient and assuring dentist but a pity that she has other commitments and is no longer here. I was referred to another dentist - Dr Jonathan. He is patient and constantly checked if I'm feeling ok while he's doing the cleaning. I appreciate how the dentist comes out of the room to greet and usher each patient into the room. This simple gesture makes me feel homely. I'm definitely recommending 1728 dental practice to other friends in future!!
