Leanne is very professional and gentle in helping me to do Obaji facial - a treatment specially using Obaji products and is really good for anti-acne. Highly recommended!

Whenever I go to their outlet, be it Singpost centre or Bedok, they will hard sell me packages even though I just purchased their packages. I go to facials to relax but every time I visit them, I don't feel relaxed. Stop hard-selling your packages.

Highly recommended. No hard sales no stress with excellent service from this branch. Visited others branch before but singpost branch is the best. From manager to all staff ,they are all very friendly and helpful.

Came down all the way from the west to SingPost just for facial and they told me my booking was not booked into the system for the specific facial specialist. This is a complete waste of time and the service needs to be better improved

Previously (around Aug 2021) went to AM at Raffle City, bought 2 twin pico trials. 1st session was good the doctor and staff was nice and consultant shared the available package after the session. I did not bought on the spot as I need to see the result. After 2 weeks I think it was not bad decided to take up the package during my 2nd session (1 month later). The moment I walked into the parlor, it was a super turned off moment. Counter sat a new staff (accordingly is their manager) so I said 'hi I'm Joanna here for my pico treatment' and she started selling package. I don't even have the time to take a deep breathe to filter what's going on. Was telling me this is my last session I need to sign up if not I don't get this and that I'm like WHAT!? Is she trying to tell me if I don't buy I can't do my 2nd session which I paid? April 2022, I have decided to give AM another chance cause I felt they have good pico and I'm lazy to source again. So I have texted them again, asked if there is any pico treatment promotion going on. The replied was yes and she/he shared with me. I asked in the text if I can still enjoy this promotion as I came previously. He/she replied can. So I go ahead booked an appointment and he/she asked if paya lebar is good I'm fine too. The moment I reached there same thing 'Hi I'm Joanna' the counter lady started 'ermm Joanna you don't have pico package here' I'm lost as I am unsure of what she meant by I don't have package here. I told her I'm here for the trial run which was agreed over the phone. I ever showed her the WhatsApp message, she still kept saying I don't have package and then said cause previously I did it at raffle city and I can't enjoy this promotion. I told her once again I asked the person in WhatsApp too he/she said can and even showed her again. Still can't. I'm prepared to take up package after this trial but it's SUPER TURNED OFF. Immediately I walked away and I will not step in here again. I texted the WhatsApp, he/she apologised to me saying he didn't share with them. Honestly I felt they should do something simple like asking me to wait and let them verify first instead of kept telling me I don't have package. Read many good reviews I guess I'm the unlucky one.

The doctor was kind, caring, and gentle during the treatment, but their staffs made my experience so uncomfortable. I told one of the consultants that I would like to improve some of the dark marks left by the splint from my recent rhinoplasty. She responded with her unsolicited opinion about my 1-month-old nose and then explained about the pico laser promotion. She said that the difference between each pico treatment is some machines have more advanced technology than the others, just like our iPhones. That didn’t really explain anything and the different names of the machines could just be a marketing gimmick. Before the treatment, another staff shared about their package with me and said that there was an additional 10% off because it was one of their staffs’ birthday. Another staff shared about the package again after my treatment and said that they are only giving me this promotion because their director was present. The package is actually quite value for money but all the sales talks really turned me off. Wouldn’t recommend.
