β β β β β The service was GREAT!!! The staff that serve us was very polite and kindly helped us greatly! It was very busy and the staff was working very hard. Our friend happened to spill the drink he bought but the stuff kindly helped us to make a new one!! It was a very happy Saturday!!

It was a busy Saturday evening, you can tell that the staff were shorthanded as they were trying to cope with the queue from the store as well as Grab. One of our friends accidentally dropped his bubble tea and it spilled. While we cleaned up the mess, they told us donβt worry about it, we will clean it for you. (of course we still proceeded to wipe the floor). But on top of that, they even offered to remake that cup of spilled bubble tea for us, without charging extra. They were not obligated to do so but simple actions like these made a 16yo feel very touched. Shoutout to Rodney, Jae and Natalie!

β β β β β My new favourite bubble tea shop, tried the rock salt oolong macchiato and it was perfect, rich and creamy and not too strong/light. Staff there were also pleasant, a nice break from the usual overworked grumpy staff everywhere else. If only they had more outlets.
