Dr Amu at Bedok Mall she is very detailed, kind and caring. Today 2/11/2021 so glad she did what best for me and making my very first experience easy and painless. Fiona always my preferred therapist as she provided comfortable solution and service since day 1 Refresh time.

My wife have a laser package and schedule a Saturday session for me to try. The session was scheduled at 345pm. I was at bedok mall early and never realised they have moved to another unit within the mall. I spent sometime looking for it and reached the clinic at 350pm. The receptionist however commented why am i so late and told me the doctor needs to leave at 4pm. I was rushed to a bed by a lady, not sure if she is the doctor as there was no intro, told me to lie on bed, put on some cream(not sure what cream)as the lady did not explain. After that, she put on the goggle on my eyes and told me she is starting the laser. Never said anything to me to take note of. After 5 mins, told me its done. She told me that she will apply moisturizer and sun block cream on my face. Thats it and never tell me if i am to avoid applying any other cream for tonight etc..For someone who had never tried a laser treatment, i am really surprised that no one bothers to walk me through the process. Receptionist service is bad and i am not even sure the lady applying the laser treatment is a doctor at all as there was no conversation with her at all. In summary, will not recommend this clinic.

Went with my fiancee to am aesthetics bedok today, Kerine was extremely helpful by explaining to us the different packages in detail. As someone who has no knowledge in this field, i will feel safe and secured knowing Kerine will be there to assist my Fiancee in her beautycare

my mom went to am aesthetics bedok today , and luckily kerine was there to help out my mom . she explained to my mom about the packages that was available for her , and what shocked my mom was the knowledge that kerine has about the services that they can provide. i will definitely recommend kerine to my other females friends to know more about how to become prettier !!

Was at Bedok Br., yesterday for my appointment. Was annoyed with their Br., Manager - Penny. While waiting, were introduced & suggested that I should go for Pico for my melasma and after done, will be deducting a 8x sessions from my existing laser package. "I DID Not Agree" or reply her a Yes!!. When entering the clinic. Dr Lim explained to me on the laser process, which I done before. I did told him that 'I WANT MY NORMAL LASER". To my shocked when Penny told me that "I had just completed my Pico" !! Didn't Dr. Lim get my message clearly? I did not argue as session had carried out and knew he did not listen to my comment. After all done, Penny applying moisturiser & sunblock wirh her 1 hand or 1 palm method. As if my face like a piece of bread, just spread evenly. This is is my bad experience in this center. And each time when fixing new appointment is another headaches. After each fixed, I will straight diary into my calendar. When the day entered into the clinic. Were told I do not have any appointment, their system do not have such entry. AND when receiving an SMS alert to confirm my appointment. Were also shocked that my appointment time has been changed! WHY CHANGED MY APPOINTMENT TIME without seeking consent?! With few half-day leaves applied, ended up felt disappointed and left for home without doing any. I cannot afford on applied leaves and being wasted this way! Indeed is a horrible experience. Pray to finish all my sessions and quickly get out from there.

I had a very pleasant experience with Ms Penny at A.M Aesthetics Bedok Mall, every time when I called to enquire about my treatment , she was able to let me know immediately and she even answers my question enquiry with passion , good attitude and excellent customer service. Throughout the whole service on A.M Aesthetics and past few month ,she was very attentive and provided me with good help with the all process. Came here for a consultation after a friend’s introduction and I gotta say I have no regret after meeting the the friendliest team here! Penny is very knowledgeable in her field and assured me that the treatments done are top notch with instant results and Iris made sure that I feel like home while waiting. Yes, you need to wait even u have a appt ? The place is neat and tidy ❤️ P/s: their prices are really unbeatable without compromising on the quality! Kudos to the team!
