★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have a tire leak, went there to patch up and install worm. i asked the mechanic to quote me, he didnt say a word and proceed with the repair. thereafter, he finally mentioned 10 bucks! WHAT?! i told him off and ask why didnt u mentioned earlier when i asked you? i was a P plate rider. he probably wanna take that chance to chop me. in the end he quote me 6 dollars which is reasonable. this incident happened years ago. i will never go there ever again.

He just want me to down the money and not ask anything. Even when i asked why have to wait until 1 week. He replied " if u want to bring the bike now also can! butproblem, don't come to us" it was just a question. I am going to pay installment for 3 years and 21 percent interest. Back, he close the shop already and asked me to come at 9:30am the next day. A.S PHOON VERY BAD SHOP. Changed my mind about buying bike here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this place to scrapped my X 8 scooter of 15 years. (sad). Staff was very efficient and helpful. Going thru ' the protocol was challenging for- scrapping using computers. Unlike other motor shop, this company has 2 shops side by side... VERY neat and organised.

They replied Yes and made me drive there.
Once I got there the guy at the entrance told me that they do not sell helmets in a very rude tone.
After telling him that i have called in advance suddenly he mentioned that they sell but only white color.
Made me waste 30 minutes of my time.
I wanted to buy a new motorcycle, needless to say that this would not be the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent customer service and cheap insurance, but I wouldn't trust the mechanics.
I bought a second hand bike that had clearly been outside the shop for a while and had a fair bit of rust. They cleaned it up well enough and gave the engine an overhaul, but from the day I got it there were issues with acceleration. Took it back a week later and the mechanic said it was the clutch cable, so he tightened it up, but that didn't help the issue at all. Eventually, I took it to another mechanic for servicing and they told me straight away that the throttle sensor wasn't working. Don't know how the AS Phoon mechanic missed that, so I wouldn't trust them if you're looking for repairs.
