β β β β β This is the only halal place that is nearby, hence why I have made many a visit here for lunch and dinner. Tldr; Inconsistent and very high prices, and mediocre food quality. Save your time and money and just head over the Mcs or take your chances elsewhere.
Pros:
The place is relatively clean, and opens quite early for breakfast. Food is so so, nothing to write home about. The seating is alright and the people can be quite friendly.
Cons;
$4 for half boiled egg, bread with kaya and margarine and black coffee. $4..... four dollars. the fact that they don't publish the prices up front allows to charge the customers inconsistently. I have been here for several months coming to a year and I order the exact same thing every single time
Rice with eggplant, yellow chicken and egg.
I have been charged: $4.00, $4.50,$5.00,$5.50 and $6.
Sometimes they overcharge just because "The chicken is bigger today"
I had this one occurrence that stuck with me after all this while. a simple old malay makcik asking for Pisang goreng. They advertised it as $3 for 5. When it came time to pay, the owner asked for $4 because "The banana was bigger today"
Indian food place is also pretty bad, their "famed prata" comes from a cardboard box.
The drink stall is practically daylight robbery...
The Chicken rice stall is the most consistent in terms of pricing and food quality, that is to say, you pay $4 for chicken rice that is edible at best... but at least you know what you are getting.
The kueh.... little tiny cakes and snacks for $2....
Don't even get me started on the food they serve during Ramadhan.... my god, the horrors I have seen
Guys, you have a nice place here, its clean and its a prime location. Don't take advantage of the fact that you are the only halal place here to price gouge... I promise you, the reviews speaks for itself. Focus on customer satisfaction and build a brand for yourself.... your food is not good enough to justify these high prices. and please, train your staff to have some courtesy and customer service.

β β β β β Horrible. The ownership in this place is bad. Food options are little and pricey. Stalls often close down and hard to find consistency in any of the sellers. Worst was when prata is not even offered as a basic morning breakfast or lack of small change. Horrible.

β β β β β Just for the update information, the eating food court previous was teh-tarik, there are a few choices of food..
There is steamboat, you taufo, Indian food, nasi padang (Malay food).
It's located at Elias Mall
Beside it there is Pasir Panjang East Community Club. If you guys urgently to deposit money, there is deposit machine for POSB. If you want to eat fast food, Only Macdonald.
This information is for those people from west/central/ north passby this area. But Pasir ris area a lot eating places.. apart of this Elias Mall.

β β β β β This place is getting bad to worst. From the foods, drinks and the people, nothing is good about them. The staffs has a super arrogant attitude, the foods tasted super bad, and so as the drinks. The venue was previously ran by Teh Tarik, and the foods, drinks and services at that time were great. But eversince A&S took over, everything was bad, in fact super duper bad. I hope A&S owners read this, and do something. I believed the number of Patrons had decreased tremendously. Please AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

β β β β β Had a really good lunch at A&S. Ordered the spicy stingray, begedil and sayur lodeh - and it's really one of the best Pari & Veg I've had from Nasi Padang. The Sayur Lodeh is very fragrant, and the Pari is well cooked till tender.
We also ordered the Mee Goreng, which came with a generous amount of minced mutton. Would definitely come back again!

β β β β β Nasi Padang stall.
My hubby cycled here from Punggol to try their food. Bought Mee Soto and rice, packed.
My Mee Soto has 3 short shreds of chicken and the rest were skin. Skin from the chicken neck!
