m	musmus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Elias Rd salon. From the start there were already major red flags. The stylist was staring at me when I was queuing up to enter. When I got on the chair. She didnt give me the time to say what type of cut I wanted and just cut to whatever she thinks looks nice. During the haircut, there were a few moments where the comb and clippers keep hitting uncomfortable spots such as my ears and sometimes will hit my scalp pretty hard. It felt as though she cut my hair very fast and that she was in a hurry to get me over with. The results of the cut was actually pretty decent. I would only recommend this place if you wanted a cheap, fast and decent haircut. If not, there are plenty other salons in the mall which are more expensive and professional.

I went first, we waited for this fat lady china to eat finish... then she cut my hair not even 5min.. and done $10... ... i will brought up this matter to the management

Outside the shop clearly put $6 haircut promo. But once I sat down, she rudely said my haircut will be $10. I politely agree with the price. But what follows was the worst haircut experience ever. She only took abt 2 minutes to cut my hair, a deliberate bad haircut. And all the while acted as if she was angry with something. Will be my first and last visit. And I am very sure for just $10, she got many curses from upset client. That is a sad way of living a life.

Kept asking for a shorter haircut, but she insisted that she will not cut my hair anymore. Rude staff too. If you want to have a quick and uneven haircut, you can come here. You'll be in and out within 5 minutes.

When I asked if I could get a haircut here, she sarcastically replied in her thick accent that she only opened the store, and did not do haircuts. I would not trust my hair to this crazy lady. Avoid at all costs!
A	Alberta wileo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most horrible experience at haig Road. When i wanted to explain what i want for the hair cut… this lady kept saying “I KNOW I KNOW…” BLOODY RUDELY! I kept quiet.. and ket her cut my hair. Turned up ITS BLOODY WRONG CUT… And her excuse was “I do this 40 years already….” I got really angry and told her that she isn’t listening to her customer:..and she is super rude. I will never visit this shop anymore There is NO STANDARD whatsoever! Please guys save ur money and go to better salon.. coz the damage is real…

She was in a rush in attending all the customers. She was aiming the hair dryer directly on my scalp, it got burnt. Stopped her so many times but she didn’t bother.

The colour didn't turn up at all,when I asked her, she simply saying it's because your hair colour is too dark, that's why colour can't turn up. Waste my money and time. Not recommends at all.
