Superb Service!

I had used A&S for my guest to Singapore. I am very impressed by the excellent prompt response from the operator. As we were not familiar with the places but working with A&S had put us at ease. Would 100% recommend this service.

Had a horrible and sub-standard experience with A&S with a chartered bus shuttle service for a program I was hosting in late-Aug. Had a relatively small group of 13, and I requested for a 20-seater shuttle at the start. Company advised that they will have to outsource the jobs due to lack of available buses in their fleet to support this booking - That's fine, paid a 20-30% premium from the originally quoted price, but did not expect what came next. First few days were fine, and we were settled in with the 40-seaters, and I was trying to ask if we could have the shuttles changed to a 20-seater on the last few days. 20-seater shuttles that were given on the 4th day wasn't up to standards, one of the driver even had a cardboard box full of trash right beside him, in full view of the passengers. What was worse was that he wasn't familiar with our location in Singapore (we were at the DUO towers), and I had to spend 20 mins talking to him on and off over the phone to guide him to the location - he only spoke Mandarin Chinese and had not looked up the pick-up destination beforehand; poorly prepared. I immediately called Zeph (manager at A&S) to cancel the remaining bookings and had to rely on GrabShuttle for the rest of the trips. I suspect that the 20-seater shuttles that were provided were from the third-party vendor, but I could be wrong. Have texted and called Zeph to arrange for a callback to review the week, and to potentially ask for a partial refund for services not rendered, but I've yet to hear back from him so far. Regardless, DO NOT in any case have A&S arrange for your tour/program unless it is of a casual nature and your group doesn't mind the poor standards of buses (I was running a corporate group and we were particular with these things). The cleanliness and state of the 20-seater shuttle buses' interiors leaves much to be desired. The 40-seaters are alright, but I would advise you ask for pictures of both the exteriors and interiors of the shuttles that will be arranged.

I had booked our tour with A&S and the co has been very accomodating with all our request even to the point of waiting an additional hour due to the travel hassle of children. I was also amaze that A&S even accede to our last min itinerary changes. The driver was patient enough to drive us to the updated pick up point. Knowing that the Changi Airport was pretty large, the tour group got lost and A&S was willing enough to direct us over the phone to correct pick up point where the driver was. I would definitely recommend any overseas customer to engage their tour services be it your first time in Spore or not. I'll definitely look forward to engage your service again in future. Overall, the bus was clean and new. the staff had been very understanding with our request. Thank you once again!!!

This has been our second instance of Intensive service booking with A&S Travels. We have so far booked 40 Seater Bus in December 2018 & 13 Seater (+40 Seater) in June 2022, for our Group Travels in Singapore. In-spite of extremely varying international circumstances (especially after Pandemic), the Service from A&S has been thoroughly Professional and customer oriented. A&S Transit provides stellar chartered bus services. Worked with them to provide shuttle bus services for an event, and from an organiser's perspective it's a huge relief to know that your guests are well taken care of. In the lead up to the event, General Manager Zeph readily provided information and updates, even offering customised programming of the electronic signage display for the buses. He was also extremely helpful in assisting with special requests. On the event day we had drivers Naz and Matthew, and coordinator Wafi. The buses were punctual and clean, the entire team was full of smiles and was extremely professional and efficient with smooth operations all around. After the event, I received many positive comments from the guests about the bus services provided by A&S Transit. Highly recommended!
