If your long distance buses have aircon problems, don’t deploy them!
Makes the trip uncomfortable and unpleasant.
Second, you need to put up signs to help commuters know which buses go towards Admiralty and what goes towards marsiling.

Nice concept. ?
Anyway, Morning rush time it is like jammed packed. It is a challenge to walk without bumping each other. Do not know that current space would be sufficient to cater increasing number of commuters in the near future as Woodlands is rapidly transforming into a hub.
