★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Currently not.busy as the TEL is not fully connected. I am enjoying the seated ride to work which takes me an extra 10mins compared to the NSL. With food outlets, clinic, hairdresser, convenience stores that provide grab-n-go when you are lost to "what to have for" breakfast, lunch or dinner

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This MRT station was the first Thomson-East Coast Line interchange station of TEL1, and is quite crowded with the TEL2. Many residents take the Thomson-East Coast Line to eateries and shophouses on the TEL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reviewing the TEL area of woodlands station. Beautiful connection between the North South & Thomson East Coast Line. Lots of natural light that brings a calming mood during transfer. Well chosen color scheme for the station too.
Also an increase in exits at hdb blocks (exits 5,6,7) that allows more connectivity between the public and the mrt stations. Looking forward to see woodlands develop in the coming decade.
There is retail shops found towards exits 6 & 7.
You will be able to find Cheers, Swee Heng 1989, Koi Express, Ace Supermarket, K Cuts and more along this underground retail street.
