★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The duck was tender, soft and savoury. It has a good meat-to-fat ratio and the layer of gelatinous fat under the duck’s skin was deliciously smooth.
The thick cuts of roast pork looked impressive with its peppered sides and crisp crackling skin.
Additionally, these meat dishes complements well with the rice. The rice is moist and fluffy, and the dark gravy was sticky sweet, with a distinct smoky taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to try after seeing a queue. Ordered duck and char siew rice for $5. More char siew than duck. But suppose it's alright for the price. Duck is quite soft and and has a rather crispy skin with some fat, no 'gamey' smell. Char siew had burnt bits with a roasty caramelized fragrance. Quite lean. Normal white rice drizzled with dark sweet sauce. Thankfully not too salty. Overall not bad if you like charred char siew edges and crispy meat skin.
