★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent small place to buy birds. The first two staff I met were a bit too busy to answer our queries. The elderly man who showed later speaks good english and was very informative and helpful. The place is good for buying birds like budgies, cockatiels, etc. Didn't seem to have macaws and other exotic parrots.

Got a parrot from them promising that good nature able to talk. But it turn out it was non promised. Did not provide certificate of birth for the parrot purchased.
Bought it from them 1.3k when I realise bird was not as promised a few days later, they do not accept the full refund. They only proposed $500 refund for the parrot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Mata Puteh for $300, turns out the bird was coughing. I brought the bird back they refused to answer my questions properly and just asked me to give medicine which I bought, the bird didn’t get well and it sadly passed. Pls do not buy from this shop??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do stay away from this! Very Dishonest. Spent $500 for a Mata Puteh few weeks back. Was told it’s a very good bird from Malaysia. All the birds from this place is very good. End up, its actually an old bird probably some customer exchanged with them and they daringly resold @ such exorbitant price!
Wish I could have gotten the knowledge earlier that young birds leg skin should be smoother and lighter colour. Don’t be scam by their videos!
