There’s a significant improvement in energy with their treatments and diet during this period. Although the diet can be tough, it is only for the treatment period and seeing the results motivates me to persevere. Appetite has also lessened and no longer having gastric pain although am eating lesser than usual. Despite having cheat meals once in awhile especially during the festive period, my weight still manages to balance out and lead to an overall loss.
