Horrible management. After going for 2 plus years , they “changed” management and did away with one of my package deals which was a lash lift keratin, along with a facial. All while it was MID way through my package, citing “new management”. And they didn’t even bother to let me until the day I went for one of the appointments. However as one of their therapist was still able to do lash treatment, they “allowed” me to continue. A few months later, after a session, they inform me they had “emailed me” about my package expiring. HOWEVER when I signed up a second time, the consultant told me there was no expiry! Im very careful about this as Im not consistent with my facials and will take some time to finish up a package. So when they tell me it was expiring (in a week), I was livid. I have 3 more sessions to go, so I asked if they could extend. And they somewhat obliged, not before “chiding” me that they informed since January. But It was not even mentioned when I kept going for their facials! Next, the only therapist left. So no one can do my lash treatment anymore. Already irritated with their new management, I decided since I only have 3 sessions left, I’d want a refund as my sole purpose of signing up was cos of their lash and facial package deal. They offer “other alternatives “, but no, I only require the lash lift . BUT NO. The management refuse to refund and INSIST on me finishing their facials. I try to explain I don’t have all the time in the world to finish 3 sessions in TWO months, and best thing, THEY HAVE IGNORED ME COMPLETELY. NO REPLIES ON EMAILS OR THEIR IG. IGNORED. Such horrible treatment . DO NOT GO HERE .

Ok so I had my first microblading experience at Kosme about 4 years ago. I know it's been a long time and I should have left a review sooner. To put it simply the experience was extremely painful even though the staff said that they have applied numbing cream. I had thought at the time this was normal. Also the pigment left my eyebrows this unsightly red hue a year later. Why am I sharing this now? Well recently I decided to give microblading a chance again and my experience this time was a whole lot more pleasant, pain free and I got gorgeous brows that looks natural. In case you're wondering, no I'm not hijacking the review here to sell my latest experience but just to say the first experience at Kosme was really bad. Hopefully they have improved!

Ms Yvonne is very friendly and helpful. I really enjoy the 85 mins session with her. I will definately come back again.

Attended a fat freeze trial with Kosme and definitely coming back for the 2nd treatment. Therapist is attentive and share with me the procedure and results I would get. Though I rescheduled twice due to my work , the counter staff are still very accommodating and patient to give me a time slot. Attracted by their no package system, highly recommend!

absolutely enjoyed my facial here! i do have quite problematic skin, but luckily my therapist Yvonne was very professional in recommending a suitable treatment, & she did a really thorough job during extraction. i left the salon with a glow on my face, & my face hasnt felt so clean in a long while. two thumbs up!! ^^

I had a fabulous experience trying out the free fat-freeze treatment. My therapist was Queenie and she was truly wonderful! She was really patient and answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns prior to the treatment. During the treatment, she explained the process thoroughly and came to check on me multiple times. She was just so friendly and warm, it felt like I was hanging out with an old friend. I am not sure how effective the treatment was as the result takes time, but I am certainly coming back, only because of Queenie's excellent service. Kosme, you have a true gem working for you. Please treasure her!
