โ โ โ โ โ I went with my daughter for her check up. Uncle at the reception was very polite on phone and in person. The Doctor was efficient, very courteous and thorough. Clean and cheerful atmosphere. Happy to have found this place.

โ โ โ โ โ Called to inquire about pre-departure PCR Covid tests. When asked what protocols they had in place to ensure safety, if I would be using same room that someone else would have just previously removed their mask in, ventilation, etc... they told me to go somewhere else. Instead of ensuring patient safety, and respecting patients' rights to ask questions, and providing proper service. They obviously don't care about your well being, so they shouldn't be health care providers, go make some money in another field . Found a clinic after just a few calls that will do PCR testing outdoors so you are not exposing yourself to others that are testing and their exhaled droplets. Google for West Point Clinic & Surgery.

โ โ โ โ โ Dr Ben has been the trusted medical professional and advisor for my family members since 2017. He has been the go-to person for my elderly parents, in-laws and even my young children. Apart from dispensing sound advice and spot-on diagnosis, he has been very dedicated in following up on our treatment progress. Thanks to his sharp observation and speedy referral to a specialist, we detected a tumour in one of our family members (recovered). His support staff team is also friendly and warm. ?????

โ โ โ โ โ A very convenient clinic for Interlace residents but somehow online bookings using setmore notifications are not being followed.
My appointment today is at 9am which should be the first when they open the clinic but i waited until past 9:45am to be called after complaining.
I hope it doesn't happen again.

โ โ โ โ โ Phone lines are engaged most of the time. Call today to enquire about some medications but cannot get through since 6pm.
Managed to get through at about 6.15pm but the phone was picked up and left aside as I could heard the conversations among the clinic staffs.
Was trying to get their attention but couldnโt do so. Was on hold for about 10 minutes trying to get their attention.
Apparently, it seems like they picked up the call and left the handset aside. They have no intention of picking up any calls.
Probably this explains why till now I could not get through the line.
The phone line engaged since then.

โ โ โ โ โ Visited the clinic because my girl test positive for COVID-19 infection on the self-administered Antigen Rapid Test (ART). Doctor refused to do the swab for my girl and told us thatโs no point to do since we did it by ourselves before visit him.
3 days later, we found out the clinic didnโt report my girl as confirmed case to MOH.
