Thanks Accplus for saving my macbook pro 2017!! Very professional and efficient services??????! I initially broght my mac to Apple store for a repair and was told i needed to recover my data first before they could do the repair. I desperately needed help and Accplus stuff replied my enquiry almost instantly! They manage to diagnose the problem, recover all my data and even repair my laptop in about 10 days. This is my first Google Review, Louis helps me lots to retrieve my data with very reasonable charges. I found this center when I google it to recover my data from faulty 2.5 SATA Hard drive. He's very friendly and explain everything Infront of me. He didn't quote until he test my hard drive. ( He analyzes my hard drive before he quote) I am really happy about the charges and he helps me personally to celebrate Diwali :) I strongly recommend this center to recover your data..... I can't say enough how helpful Louis has been throughout my data recovery journey with Accplus! Approached Mr Loo to help with data recovery for iphone X 64GB. The phone hung suddenly and got stuck on the screen showing the apple logo, couldn't do anything with the phone. Thought I would lose all my data. Came across Accplus on google and called Mr Loo on a Saturday night. He picked up and was very friendly and he knew exactly what the issue was and gave me a quote over phone. He also agreed to take in my phone immediately the next morning rather than wait till Monday. Very appreciative that he came into his shop on a Sunday morning, when it is usually closed, so that he can work on my phone. Mr Loo managed to recover everything and the phone started working as per normal. He did this in just a few hours! After recovering the phone, he even helped to take a backup just in case. He was very upfront on all the possibilities and the cost. He only charges if he is successful. Will highly recommend his services for any Iphone data recovery issues! My external Hard disk malfunctioned and I had to searched for help for data recovery. I went from IT Support friends, to Google where I found list of data recovery software and data recovery professional services. My initial attempts proved to be futile after following instructions from my IT support friends and trying out various data recovery software. Eventually, I know I had to get professional help. Accplus Technologies was one of the names I found on google. Since they are not at the top of the search list, I started off contacting several other data recovery companies before contacting them. Generally, I was briefed the same story by every other company - they are unable to help me immediately, and can only attend to me if I go to them the following day. The diagnostic process will take one day and I had to leave my hard disk with them for unknown period. As I had a lot of personal and confidential data I had on the hard disk, I was reluctant. In addition, the price quoted to me was vague. They cited ‘depends on the situation’. That got me very uncomfortable as I might end up incurring a huge charge that I may not be prepared to handle. Finally, I decided to contact Accplus Technologies after reading about the capability of their Data Recovery Engineer- Louis, and their “on-the-spot diagnostic” and “result based charge”. When I finally spoke to Louis, he patiently went through my situation, asked a few questions and told me he was fully booked on that day. However, if I am able to get to his office by a certain time, he would do a quick diagnostic on my faulty hard disk. Without hesitation, I agreed. And as per what the online reviews stated, I had an ‘on-the-spot diagnostic’ with Louis and he explained to me the situation I’m in, what my options are. He was specific on the charges and was also able to give me practical recommendations and advice on my situation. Thou he was not able to assure that my data would be definitely recoverable at that moment, but somehow, he gave me the confidence that he will do his best to help with the recovery. He seemed sincere and passionate about helping me recover my hard disk so it didn’t take long for me to decide on engaging Louis and his company, It took him 3-4 days before he managed to recover my data. Louis did not just work on the hard disk that malfunctioned, but he also passionately helped to look at a few of my other old external hard disks that were having problems. He offered me some good advice on how to handle them. For any reliable data recovery work, Accplus will definitely be my “Go-to” place, but I hope I don’t ever need to visit Louis for that reason (fingers crossed, touch wood!!!). ?
