β β β β β Gotten 2 Acorn fans (DC-360 and DC-356) and I must say the quality and post sales service is 4896 (in hokkien - meaning damn good)! To have the ease of mind for the years to come, I even subscribed to the Acorn Care package for the extended warranty. Thanks Yvette for the hassle free communication and transaction!

β β β β β Product is of great quality and value. Very responsive sales and customer service, kudos to the awesome the awesome team especially Yvette. The team's professionism and sense of service responsibility gave me a peace of mind, post purchase assurance and a high level of satisfaction after purchase.
The company even explained and introduced the Accorn Care which at about $100 extended my warranty by another/ additional 3 years, covering parts and trips etc. A total assurance and value for money.

β β β β β Recently called acorn regarding my acorn fan bought >5 years back, the staff answer my call Doris very helpful and shared about their trade in program and I think its more worth for me to take up. Thanks to Emily (if I recalled properly) who response back very fast on the installation schedule. Today the technician came to fix up the new fan, very experience too! I will consider buy their acorn care extended warranty plan. Sure will recommend acorn to my friends and families.

β β β β β Fans are absolute rubbish. Chip will fail just after the warranty expires and the remote replacement is $140. Warranty is only 2 years for this brand. There will also be additional transport costs when they come over to fix. Buyers beware, this is how they scalp you.
Edit: The company has replied and tried to compare fans to pianos and other appliances. Please compare apples to apples. We have had ceiling fans that last way longer than theirs, up to 10 years. Bear in mind that the remote costs them close to nothing to mass produce. Next time the Acorn fan fails, just get a more reliable brand.

β β β β β Was very impressed by Acorn customer services. Spoke to both Emily and Yvette from Acorn about my fan issues. They were both very helpful in giving the appropriate advises and were very prompt in answering my whats app messages. The technician Mr Hon who came to install the Acorn fan at my living hall was very helpful and professional. He did a good job on the installation and was indeed very patient whenever he needs to answer our queries. Truly Acorn has a very good and capable team to ensure that customer care and services are core to their company ethos!

β β β β β I had some issues with the remote control for my Acorn ceiling fan. Both Emily & Yvette from Acorn Care impressed me with their work attitude. Emily was very helpful in securing an earliest appointment for the service while Yvette responded swiftly to my enquiries regarding the extended warranty. No hard sell approach. It was a pleasant experience with Acorn Care.

β β β β β This is my second purchase of ceiling fans with Acorn. My first purchase was 2 years ago and the quality has been great and also the after care service.
The 2nd time I had issues uploading my warranty cards and also finishing the registration. Called them, and it was solved immediately. They ask for some details and registered on my behalf all within the hour.
Really appreciate their customer service readiness to help.

After arrangements to repair the fans, the Acorn Care Package for extended warranty was highlighted to me for consideration.
Package details were explained to be and the option to proceed was left to me and there was no hard sell. All necessary information was forwarded to be to review and understand
We proceeded to purchase the 3year extended warranty and now have peace of mind on all parts and services for the next 3 years.
