Poor after sales service. Fan was installed with ball bearing grinding sound Arrangement for repairs is a long 2-3 week wait, with repairs lasting only a few min. Issue was not resolved and in fact got worse as fan started to wobble. Calling corporate or sales office doesn't help and you are not able to call the repair office line. Neither are they able to pinpoint the issue with the unit. Left with a grinding fan that looks dangerously loose and no way of recourse. Overall a bad experience. I will at this point pay to have them take down the fan. Edit (3 months later): There were promises of replacement of the fan, but no follow up. They informed that the fan is ordered from Taiwan, but sent message that fan has not arrived. I am still left with the same fan that is noisy and wobbling. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Bought a spoilt water heater elmark ihot 8. Requested for repair as under warranty. Appointment was on 9/12/2021 1pm to 5pm. I waited from 1pm till 9pm no one appear. When WhatsApp to their number 90095500 they ask me to wait and wait till 9pm plus nobody reply me. Wasted one day of my leave. Such a irresponsible company. Buy their product at your own risk

Worst customer service I have seen. Arranged for a technician to come down and change the remote transmitter and fan receiver. Customer service person told me they will reach between 11am to 4pm. 4pm came by and technician still missing, customer service person did not inform me about any delays UNTIL I went to message them again. They told me that there were delays due to "glitches at the previous house" and informed that the technician will arrive between 5.30pm to 6.30pm. Guess what? 6.30pm came and no technician was to be seen. The best part? Elmark had the gall to ask for full payment upfront JUST TO CONFIRM THE REPAIR APPOINTMENT. It was my mistake in trusting this useless company. You literally had one job to turn up and fix the fan ?

Lousy aftersale service, my elmark remote control spoiled and it cost me $85 for a replacement. Just for comparison, celling fan only cost $300+. Really? $85 for a remote control? It's just a normal infrared remote with LCD touchscreen. I had no other choice but I will not be installing anything from elmark in the future.

Given WhatsApp number for service. Texted the number n immediate reply n a list of procedure n was told to pay $60 for transport n assessment. Paid them n after which no reply from them. Is this a scam!! Such a big company n yet no one answers the business WhatsApp. Still waiting for reply..n already 3 days since payment done. Call the office n a lady replied will inform service center but till now still waiting...how long is the wait...... super disappointed!! Btw, you are not the only company that supply fan so with such lousy service n reviews, I believe your company business will be some how affected . Pls do some service recovery..

Customer service is very bad. Item is still under warranty but still need to pay deposit of $50 before they can schedule to drop by for repair. Even if they scheduled you for the repair, the service man will come late. Surprised this company is still not getting sued for cheating. Before you decide to purchase this brand, make sure to consider others!

I am very disappointed with their after sales service. I called them to come and repair my ceiling fan as the item still warranty and they want me to PayNow 50 dollars to fix the appointment. I explained to them the item still under 'Warranty' but they insisted as the cost is printed on the warranty card for transport fee and service charge.

their service is very bad and slow. we bought quite a number of fans from them. barely one year, 2 fan with bigger blade spoilt and they claimed the motor is overheat. and already 2 months, the new replacement still has not arrived. called them, whatsapp them, they will avoid your call and texts. very lousy service, this shall be the last time to buy any products from them. but only one lady, Ms Lin, is more reponsive. She is indeed patient in replying. However, overall it is really a very bad and lousy experience. still waiting for them to reply
