β β β β β Bought a kitchen sink from here. Only two weeks installed and yellow rusty spots appeared. Called them and they ignored and told me it's not their problem. Bad customer service. Not going back again.

β β β β β Prices were relatively okay, but service is atrocious. My father in law was poorly treated by the staff (Serene). We came by today to make payment for items that we ordered but she rudely asked us to leave or be served by her colleague with no English speaking capabilities. She also tried to shoo us off by saying she had no time to serve us because she had another customer with a higher sales volume. Our order was about 6k worth and we just wanted to pay...
Please do not patronize if your sales order isn't "large enough", it seems they will not be interested to even take your small money.

β β β β β Bought toilet bowls, sinks, taps, vanity cabinets, bathroom accessories and mirror cabinets. Pushy sales, Very terrible after sales experience. I understand they are just the dealer however when consumers encounter issues with installation, they shed all responsibilities and claim they are just dealers. When asked if they are able to assist to contact direct brand (Magnum toilet bowl) for assistance, they claim direct brand didn't reply. No follow up either. When went to their store front (tradehub), their sales assistants shouted and said its not their problem. Price wise decent but after sales service extremely terrible. Will not recommend for big items.

β β β β β A lousy plumber, bad attitude. He canβt even fix my mixer tap I ended up bought another single faucet. After fixing and paid, still leaking underneath the sink, called him return to fix the issue, he told my sister to use silicone sealant to glue the tap by herself. After a unhappy WhatsApp conversation, he eventually came over with silicone sealant gun, yet discard the dried silicone sealant into our flower pots. Beware of this plumber, Kah Hui 9***9815
