Its a fantastic experience always at adeva Spa. Lovely massage and massage experiences with experienced therapists. I alway end sessions unknotted. Receptionist service. Is also very pleasant and 5 star. I would recommend joanne, sam, jolene, angel. If you are looking for package sign ups.

Went here for my AMEX Platinum voucher - the masseuse is very skilled and professional, and my back definitely feels like it got a good dose of pain relief.

Went here just to use up a voucher for a facial with my mom, even tho the voucher was for a different treatment the staff recommended other treatments more suitable for our skin concerns with no extra charge!! The facial treatment itself was very relaxing, once it started the staff attending to me didn't try to hard sell or upsell me anymore products. After the facial they served ginger tea and some dessert, i was still hungry so they gave me sandwiches too!! Facial left my skin feeling great and felt the effects in the next few days!

The first impression of the place is impressive as the place is big and spacious. It has many clusters of seatings with good privacy as it is spacious. The furnishing looks expensive and they used Tempur beds. It offers facial and massage. Spa facilities are also available. It lacks of warm and personal touch if you were to go beyond the space and impressive decor. There are various options of facial at 90 minutes or massage at 40 minutes. I tried the 90min Phyto Firming Face Spa. The ritual included the usual cleansing, scrub, steaming to open the pores to facilitate extraction. The therapist performed a thorough extraction, a small hand held machine was used on my face to disinfect the skin after the extraction. A serum is applied and massage onto my face thereafter. The therapist’s skill is pretty good. The massage is extended to the neck and shoulder which is very relaxing. The mask is the last step after the massage. You will be served with ginger tea and a dessert thereafter. The dessert was red bean soup during my visit. Overall experience is not bad although I find it very noisy whenever the water tap is being used, lacking of warm and personal touch.

Masseurs are professional and provide great service. You can feel the effects of their work even the day after! I only wish that the sales people are less pushy when it comes to selling packages.

I have a package with Adeva spa. The quality of massage varies depending on the masseuse you get - sometimes it’s good, sometimes it seems like they are not very knowledgeable about the techniques. What is the most annoying thing is that literary after every session the manager hard sells and tries to convince you to get a new package even if you still have quite a few sessions left in the current one. Last time when I said I needed to think the manager got rude and gave me quite an unpleasant remark which I won’t repeat here but it was very unprofessional. Surely won’t be buying any more packages here, there are way better and qualified spas out there to consider.

Availed 60-min aromatherapy massage + 30-min body scrub + jacuzzi today. Overall experience is 4/5. Massage and body scrub is good and relaxing. The therapists are nice and experienced. Wished we had more time to take a shower before the massage started as we came directly after work.

Quite disappointed with the massage. Previously was with Farrer hotel, that outlet closed and hence my session was transferred here. The place looked rundown, space is small, old.. the jacuzzi is under maintained, visually there’s nothing zen looking in this place except for its concierge area. Basically I would not recommend this at all.
