β β β β β Went to get Foot Reflexology as my feet is worn from Retail work, staff were professional and friendly and Mr. Lee was kind when I asked him to lessen the pressure as I'm sensitive! Overall my feet feels much better, will recommend my family too!

β β β β β Worst experience in Singapore by far. Booked an appointment in person to make sure communication would not be a challenge: asking for a strong back massage, using a gift voucher. Got appointment for the following day.
I showed up and to my surprise they took me to a chair not a bed telling me they will massage my shoulder and neck. After repeating again my request for a back massage, I was told that someone will be with me in 10 minutes. After 25 minutes of waiting I gave up and walked out frustrated and disappointed (apparently my therapist got stuck in traffic).
Shame for not the dishonest communication, treatment and wasting time.
