We walkin bought a pair of shoes with registered member account with all transactions history in our app.
The T&C written can change even can refund within one month without mentioning need the physical copy of receipts.
We called them ask to change shoes size within 2 weeks. After we give all the detail but the staffs said only physical receipts can do exchange, and he don’t believe us said want to check CCTV to prove we’re the walking customer who bought that shoes ????????

She answered all my queries about different shoes and the membership, unlike another brand when I couldn’t decide which one to buy and politely asked the staff the differences between two models, but was told to go back and search online and return to buy next time.

I’m also flat footed which requires me to change the insole for every single shoe i try on but he was super helpful and helped me w it for every pair!!! and also advised me on which shoe size to get :) overall rly rly great customer service!

We were very pleased with the way she served us from the start until the end of our shopping as I initially intended to get just slides but with her recommendations I ended up buying a pair of shoes and some other merchants as she was very good at recommending and knows very well with every products that she recommended to us.
