β β β β β I hope ur company can train ur staff well. went to Bugis branch last Sunday. After asking the fitting room staff if the clothes were available in other sizes. I waited for a while and still didn't get any response. Seeing that she was still at the fitting room counter dealing with her stuff then I went up to check again. She glares at me and continues with her job, completely ignoring me. I don't know how you train your staff to treat ur customers, but this experience has made it impossible for me to ever buy ur products again.

β β β β β The fitting rooms are horrible. The curtains are very small and there is no latch to close it properly so the people from outside can see the person changing inside. The fitting rooms are also mix gendered. So guys waiting outside can see the girls changing inside. I feel very unsafe.

β β β β β Great outlet with lots of variety, the lack of christmas jumpers in december was a big let down for me (I counted 3). The amazing staff was willing to help me find other suitable wears.

β β β β β Well located and easy to get to, but the customer service is lacking. Went to try on some clothes and the dressing room attendants were cold and unwelcoming. A huge difference from the UNIQLO store located in the same mall. Guess they're easily intimidated by other people's looks and are judgy.

β β β β β Staff at Bugis outlet is super rude and unwelcoming! When I was shopping at a clothes rack and the staff wanted to pass, she said loudly n rudely: "EXCUSE ME!" The stall is not even crowded. And after that I saw the same staff even roll eyes at a customer! What an attitude! I realized she could be a supervisor/manager after I saw her giving instructions to 2 other staff at the fitting room. What a bad experience!
