β β β β β Today was my second time at the clinic. I came here to have my concretions removed. Dr Cheryl Ngoh is so reassuring, gentle and patient. She removed all the concretions swiftly but gently. Her charges are also reasonable. I'm so thankful I came across her clinic. Will definitely recommend her clinic!

β β β β β Very unprofessional. I'm quite shock that they actually use shared eyedrops on all patients which risk spreading germs and infection among patients...
Most 'customers' are well dressed and are treated very nice. Because we don't dress rich, Doctor and staffs kind of look down on us and don't even look us in the eye when talking to us.

β β β β β Dr Cheryl Ngo is one of the most compassionate and learned doctors I have met thus far. My associate's eye condition was puzzling and delibitating, and we were all high-strung and worried. However, she held our hands through this difficult time and was extrememly professional.

β β β β β I brought both my kids here for an eye review and they had a great experience. Dr Cheryl and her experienced team put my kids at ease. Friendly and efficient counter staff. Dr Cheryl is professional and has good medical knowledge; she was able to address my concerns and put me at ease.

β β β β β Brought my 16 months old to see Dr Ngo for suspected exotropia. Dr Ngo and the nurses are very professional and attentive in checking at my son's eyes. I don't think my son feels any discomfort throughout the diagnosis process and he enjoys the cartoons! Dr Ngo is very patient and will listen carefully to patient's concerns. High recommended!

β β β β β Dr. Cheryl Ngo is an incredible doctor. We started going to her clinic a year ago for my daughter's eye treatment. The whole experience has been very pleasant, and she has handled my daughter well. She is very gentle, approachable, and patiently listens to all of our concerns. We recently got the surgery done after trying other methods. We are glad that the surgery went well under her care. The post-surgery care experience was also great, she was always helpful and was replying to our concerns even on holidays. All the staff is also very helpful and responsive. Thanks once again, Dr. Cheryl and team.
