Above and beyond almost all other attributes, he asked many questions to find out what the patients are going through in terms of their physical pain and emotional struggles. I truly value a doctor who genuinely cares his patients.

β β β β β My mum went for 3 opinions before she decided on her major operations. After visiting all 3, she feels the sincerity & compassionate of Dr Sein as he is very patient explaining clearly what must be done first if she decided to go for the operation and what will she be expecting during and after. His assurance, patient and compassionate - give her the confidence to go for the operation.
My mum's condition was a very urgent one, if delay longer - she will be TPD. Dr Sein went all the way out to make necessary arrangement and she did her surgery in time. After the surgery, we could see the improvement in her and her left hand which totally can't move, starts to move. Thank God that we were introduced to a professional and compassionate Dr.
